West Chester, PA (August 16, 2021) — Weston Solutions, Inc., announced that its Chief Strategy Officer, Pat Taylor-Woodyard, will retire effective December 31, 2021. Taylor-Woodyard will remain on the executive team to support newly appointed CEO Larry Bove on specific strategic assignments to enhance the Company’s growth.

West Chester, PA (July 15, 2021) — Weston Solutions, Inc., announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Vincent A. Laino, Jr. (Vince), will retire effective December 31, 2021. Laino who has also served on Weston’s Board since 2000, will continue serving as an outside Director and upon the retirement of George MacKenzie, Jr. in January 2022, will assume the role of Audit Committee Chair.

West Chester, PA (June 16, 2021) — Weston Solutions, Inc., announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Alan J. Solow to the position of Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2022, upon the retirement of William (Bill) L. Robertson who served as chairman of the board for 18 years. This appointment completes a planned succession and allows time for a smooth transition over the course of the next 6 months.

West Chester, PA (June 16, 2021) — Weston Solutions, Inc., a US-based 100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure support services firm, announced the appointment of Lawrence (Larry) J. Bove, PE to President & Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2022. Currently Weston’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Bove will assume the role from Alan J. Solow, who announced his plans to retire as CEO and assume the role as Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2022.
