West Chester, PA (July 28, 2023)— Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston) wins an Electrification Infrastructure Phase 4 Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the City of Austin, Fleet Mobility Services Department with a one-year base period and two additional option years.
Under this contract, Weston will construct and install 65 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at City of Austin owned buildings to include maintenance and fleet service buildings, and fire station and police department to support the City’s municipal fleet electrification initiative. The city will be supplied with level two charging stations with either single or dual ports. We will also install the associated electric lines, conduit, and appurtenances, pave, restore landscape, stripe, and place signage.
With unprecedented federal and state funding to electrify our transportation industry and our 30 year proven history in vehicle fueling system design, construction, and O&M, Weston is ready to help the City of Austin accelerate its EV mobility strategy.
